Why should I purchase my new photo booth from Palm Booths?
We handcraft our photo booths and give each one our undivided attention. We test and make sure your booth is ready to go out the day you receive it. (We do not recommend this, practice, practice, practice!).  Overwhelmed and confused? Reach out to us! We’ll schedule a call or zoom to assist you. What is the difference between a Mirror Booth and DSLR?
Both are operated by a DSLR Camera and Microsoft Surface Pro (model 4 or higher). The mirror booth comes with RGB LED lights that can have a wide assortment of color combinations. The mirror booth also offers interactive experiences depending on your software selection. And of course the obvious, your guests will be able to see their reflection on the mirror throughout their session.
 
Do the photo booths offer printing?
Yes!
 
What kind of camera is it & how good is the picture quality?
You may use any camera of your choice, although we do supply Canon T7’s with 24 mega pixels for complete packages.
 
What colors do your photo booths come in?
Currently Black or White. We will be launching exclusive colors in the near future.
 
How long does it take to receive a photo booth?
Traditionally we will prep and ship your booth with in 72 hours of your order. In rare circumstances like PBX, we will be backed up on production and orders. This may take up to 6 weeks.
 
Where are your booths made?
Our Booths are designed and made in California. We do receive some components from over seas.
Is there a warranty on my photo booth?
Your booth is under warranty for 1 year. Free spare parts & shipping will be immediately sent out, this is after we determine no damage is caused by an individual via reviewing pictures and videos.
 
Do you provide software for your booths?
We do not. You have the freedom to choose any software of your choice. Can’t decide? We’re happy to help! Just reach out to us via Hello@PalmBooths.com and we’re happy to guide you on making the right selection to suit your needs.
 
Do you offer tech support for any of the software?
We do not. Your software company will provide you with tech support. Although! We do have vast knowledge with photo booth troubleshooting and are more than happy to assist you. We can jump on a zoom call and walk you through the corrections.
 
Do you ship internationally?
We do!
 
Do you offer Tech Support?
When you purchase a booth with us, you’ll be provided with a QR Code that links to an assembly video. You’ll also receive a diagram with assembly instructions.
 
How do I clean my booth?
Only clean your booth when it is powered off and with a microfiber towel. If you need to clean the metal shell, you may use a warm damp rag. Be sure not to touch the faceplate.
 
Anything important I should know?
Never move the booth assembled.
Remove Flash prior to transporting.
Never unplug power without shutting everything down.
Don’t over tighten nuts.
 
My mirror booth and/or carrying case broke, what do I do?
You have a 7 day grace period to report any damages post purchase. For booth damages, please contact us to determine the cause.
 
Do you have a return policy?
All purchases are final.
 
Can I wrap your booths in custom branding?
Yes! With your purchase you will receive an Illustrator Template.
 
Can Palm Booths cancel my order?
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
